This policy explains what information Life Coverage Line collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Life Coverage Line is a brand operated by Eternal Light Insurance Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our").

Information we collect

Information you give us on a call. When you call, an agent may ask for your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, state of residence, general health history, tobacco use, household and income details, and information about any coverage you already hold. You choose how much to share.
Call data. Your phone number, the number you dialed, call time, call duration, and the advertisement or page that generated the call.
Website data. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Call recording and monitoring

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, agent training, and compliance purposes. Where required by state law, you will be notified at the beginning of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, tell the agent and you may end the call.

When we share information

We share your information only as needed to do what you asked us to do, or where the law requires it:

Insurance carriers and their underwriters, when you ask us to obtain a quote or submit an application on your behalf
Licensed agents working with us who are appointed to serve your state
Service providers that operate our phone system, call tracking, customer records, and website analytics, under contracts that limit their use of the data
Regulators, law enforcement, or courts, when required by law or valid legal process

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead aggregators or unrelated marketers.

Advertising and analytics

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure advertising performance. These services set cookies and may collect device and usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can adjust ad personalization in your Google account settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling the agent on a call, or by emailing [email protected]. You can also request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within the timeframe your state law requires.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy insurance recordkeeping, tax, and other legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
